1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; STATE PATROL.​
1.5 $7,200,000 in fiscal year 2025, $2,900,000 in fiscal year 2026, and $2,900,000 in fiscal​
1.6year 2027 are appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of public​
1.7safety for staff and equipment costs of additional State Patrol troopers.​
1.8 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
