55 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
66 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 152.137, subdivision 2, is amended to read:​
77 1.7 Subd. 2.Prohibited conduct.(a) No person may knowingly engage in any of the​
88 1.8following activities in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult; in the residence of a child​
99 1.9or a vulnerable adult; in a building, structure, conveyance, or outdoor location where a child​
1010 1.10or vulnerable adult might reasonably be expected to be present; in a room offered to the​
1111 1.11public for overnight accommodation; or in any multiple unit residential building:​
1212 1.12 (1) manufacturing or attempting to manufacture methamphetamine;​
1313 1.13 (2) storing any chemical substance;​
1414 1.14 (3) storing any methamphetamine waste products; or​
1515 1.15 (4) storing any methamphetamine paraphernalia.​
1616 1.16 (b) No person may knowingly cause or permit a child or vulnerable adult to inhale, be​
1717 1.17exposed to, have contact with, or ingest methamphetamine, a chemical substance, or​
1818 1.18methamphetamine paraphernalia.​
1919 1.19 (c) No person may knowingly cause or permit a child or vulnerable adult to inhale, be​
2020 1.20exposed to, have contact with, or ingest fentanyl.​
