| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (1) a felony violation involving the manufacture, distribution, or dispensing of a controlled |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14substance, or possession with the intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense a controlled |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15substance under chapter 152; or |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16 (2) a felony violation involving a forced or coerced labor or services or human |

| 17 | 17 | | 1.17trafficking-related offense under section 609.281, subdivision 4; 609.282; or 609.322, |
