| 8 | 8 | | 1.8commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Greenfield to design, engineer, |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15budget shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $1,392,000 in the manner, |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to |

| 17 | 17 | | 1.1716A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. The proceeds of |
