1.2 relating to transportation; appropriating money for certain Trunk Highway 74​
1.3 resurfacing in Winona County.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 74.​
1.6 $1,200,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.7of transportation for resurfacing of marked Trunk Highway 74 from north of Elba to Winona​
1.8County State-Aid Highway 30 in Winona County, including design, engineering, acquisition​
1.9of right-of-way, and construction. The commissioner may use Otta seal, double Otta seal,​
1.10or double chip seal to perform the project. This is a onetime appropriation and is available​
1.11until June 30, 2028.​
