| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$200,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7account in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for construction, |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8reconstruction, and improvement of trunk highways, including for design-build contracts, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9internal department costs associated with delivering the construction program, and consultant |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10usage to support these activities. The commissioner may use up to 17 percent of the amount |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11for program delivery. |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13proceeds account in the trunk highway fund, the commissioner of management and budget |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14must sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $200,000,000 in the manner, upon |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15the terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 167.50 to 167.52, |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XIV, section 11, at the times and in the amounts |

| 17 | 17 | | 1.17requested by the commissioner of transportation. The proceeds of the bonds, except accrued |
