7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) A bill must not be laid over for possible inclusion in a major finance or policy omnibus |

8 | 8 | | 1.8bill by a standing committee chair unless approved by vote of at least two-thirds of the |

9 | 9 | | 1.9committee's membership. If sufficient committee membership does not approve that a bill |
---|
10 | 10 | | 1.10be laid over for possible inclusion in a major finance or policy omnibus bill: (1) the committee |
