| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. CLARKS GROVE; WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE. |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$9,900,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Public Facilities Authority to design, construct, and equip water and sewer |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9infrastructure in the city of Clarks Grove. This appropriation includes money for two new |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10lift stations, a new water treatment plant, and the replacement of sewer and water system |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11infrastructure throughout the city. This appropriation is available after the commissioner of |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12management and budget determines that an amount sufficient to complete the project has |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13been committed to the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.502. |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16the state in an amount up to $9,900,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect |
