                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to human services; repealing customized living rate phase-in under the​
1.3 community access for disability inclusion and the brain injury home and​
1.4 community-based waivers; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256S.2101,​
1.5 subdivision 1.​
1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.7 Section 1. REPEALER.​
1.8 Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256S.2101, subdivision 1, is repealed.​
1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective January 1, 2026, or upon federal approval,​
1.10whichever is later. The commissioner of human services shall notify the revisor of statutes​
1.11when approval is obtained.​
