|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10community alternative care, and developmental disabilities waiver plans. |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (b) When developing and drafting the proposed legislative language, the commissioner |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12must consult with stakeholders, including the Association of Residential Resources in |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13Minnesota, the Residential Providers Association of Minnesota, the Minnesota Association |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14of County Social Service Administrators, and people with disabilities currently or potentially |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 1.15receiving integrated community supports. The commissioner must ensure that the |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 1.16stakeholders with whom the commissioner consults represent a broad spectrum of active |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 1.17and potential providers and service recipients. The commissioner's consultation with |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 1.18stakeholders must be transparent and provide the opportunity for meaningful input from |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 1.19active and potential providers and service recipients. |

| 20 | 20 | | 1.20 (c) The commissioner must submit the draft legislation to the chairs and ranking minority |
