1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; DAIRY DEVELOPMENT AND PROFITABILITY​
1.7ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS.​
1.8 $634,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $634,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.9general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for the continuation of the dairy development​
1.10and profitability enhancement programs, including dairy business planning grants and other​
1.11services to support the dairy industry, under Minnesota Statutes, section 32D.30.​
