| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$5,200,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9Hibbing to design, construct, furnish and equip improvements and amenities to enhance |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10recreational opportunities in Carey Lake Recreation Area. This appropriation includes |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11money for improvements to the beach area, campground, park roads, for new ski, bike, and |
