| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$1,600,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Scandia for capital improvements |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to wastewater infrastructure. This appropriation includes money for the purchase and |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10installation of nitrate pretreatment equipment as a part of an expansion of the Bliss wastewater |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11treatment plant and rehabilitation and repair of the primary lift station. |
