1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for grade-separated interchange​
1.3 at Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St. Paul and​

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 36 AND TRUNK HIGHWAY​
1.7120 INTERCHANGE.​
1.8 $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.9of transportation for preliminary design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection​
1.10of marked Trunk Highway 36 and marked Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St.​
1.11Paul and Oakdale. This appropriation is onetime and is available until the project is completed​
1.12or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.​
1.13 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
