Specifies that attorneys shall only be prohibited from serving as special prosecutors in counties where they represent criminal defendants if a conflict is found after a hearing
Provides that a person may be charged with promoting a suicide attempt or voluntary manslaughter if such person is convicted of abusing certain persons and such conduct significantly contributed to the suicide or suicide attempt
Provides that the time frame to file a petition for review of certain decisions shall be calculated as provided under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 44.01(e)
Allows a court to reduce a life without parole sentence, or a sentence of thirty years or greater, to a sentence of life with eligibility for parole in certain circumstances
