Requests residents of the city and county of St. Louis to petition their leaders to appoint a board under the Missouri Constitution to change the governmental structure
Requires the county recorder to notify each property owner or owner of record when a deed that affects the ownership of the property has been submitted for recording
Modifies provisions relating to workers' compensation temporary total disability (TTD) rate for certain first responders and extends the sunset of the "Line of Duty Compensation Act"
