6 (2)Submitsanapplicationtotheboardonaformprescribedbytheboard.Such
7formshallincludeaplanforthecontentandsupervisionoftheclinicalfellowship,as

25 2.Nooneshallbeexemptpursuanttosubdivision(1)or(6)ofsubsection1ofthis
26sectionifthepersondoesanyworkasaspeech-languagepathologistoraudiologistoutsideof
27theexemptedareasoutlinedinthissectionforwhichafeeorcompensationmaybepaidby
28therecipientoftheservice.Whencollegeoruniversityclinicschargeafee,supervisorsof
29studentcliniciansshallbelicensed.
345.050.[1.]Tobeeligibleforlicensurebytheboardbyexamination,eachapplicant

26pathologistoraudiologistlicenseinMissourialongwithproofofcurrentlicensureand
27proofoflicensureforatleastoneyearintheotherjurisdictiontotheboard.
28 3.Theboardshall:
29 (1)Withinsixmonthsofreceivinganapplicationdescribedinsubsection2of
30thissection,waiveanyexamination,educational,orexperiencerequirementsfor
31licensureinthisstatefortheapplicantifitdeterminesthattherewereminimum
32educationrequirementsand,ifapplicable,workexperienceandclinicalsupervision
33requirementsineffectandtheotherjurisdictionverifiesthatthepersonmetthose
34requirementsinordertobelicensedorcertifiedinthatjurisdiction.Theboardmay
35requireanapplicanttotakeandpassanexaminationspecifictothelawsofthisstate;or

345.180.AsusedinthisCompact,andexceptasotherwiseprovided,the

3 (1)"Activedutymilitary"meansfull-timedutystatusintheactiveuniformed
4serviceoftheUnitedStates,includingmembersoftheNationalGuardandReserveon
5activedutyorderspursuantto10U.S.C.Chapter1209and1211.
6 (2)"Adverseaction"meansanyadministrative,civil,equitableorcriminal
7actionpermittedbyastate'slawswhichisimposedbyalicensingboardorother
8authorityagainstanaudiologistorspeech-languagepathologist,includingactions
9againstanindividual'slicenseorprivilegetopracticesuchasrevocation,suspension,

345.230.1.TheCompactshallcomeintoeffectonthedateonwhichthe
2Compactstatuteisenactedintolawinthe10thmemberstate.Theprovisions,which
