5959 47resolutionprovidedulyapprovedinstructionstothecommissionersandalternates

7575 63 4.(1)AfterornearthetimeanArticleVconventioniscalled,ajointlegislative
7676 64committeeshallbedulyauthorizedbythegeneralassemblyforthepurposesdescribed
7777 65inthissection.Thejointlegislativecommitteeshallbecomprisedoffivemembersofthe
7878 66senateappointedbythepresidentprotemporeofthesenate,withthreemembersfrom
7979 67themajoritypartyandtwomembersfromtheminorityparty,andfivemembersofthe
8080 68houseofrepresentativesappointedbythespeakerofthehouseofrepresentatives,with
8181 69threemembersfromthemajoritypartyandtwomembersfromtheminorityparty,and
8282 70shallhavetheinitialtaskofrecommendingeligiblecommissionerstothehouseof
8383 71representativesandthesenateforconsiderationofappointmentascommissioners.The
8484 72jointlegislativecommitteeshallsubmitatleastthreepersonsfromeachcongressional
8585 73districtwhoareeligible,asprovidedinthissection,toserveascommissionersandat
8686 74leastthreedifferentpersonsfromeachcongressionaldistrictwhoareeligible,as
8787 75providedinthissection,toserveasalternatecommissioners.Thehouseof

9999 87 (2)Aftercommissionershavebeenselected,thejointlegislativecommitteemay
