BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section163.016,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection163.016,toreadasfollows:
163.016.1.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection163.011,foranyschooldistrict
2locatedinmorethanonecountyandwhoseheadquartersarelocatedwithinacityofthe
3fourthclassificationwithmorethantwothousandfivehundredbutfewerthantwothousand
4sixhundredinhabitantsandlocatedinmorethanonecounty,thecountysignifiedinthe
5schooldistrictnumbershallbethecountyinthedistrictwiththehighestdollarvalue
6modifier.
7 2.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection163.011tothecontrary,forany
8schooldistrictlocatedinmorethanonecountyandwhoseheadquartersarelocated
9withinacitywithmorethantwothousandsevenhundredbutfewerthanthree
10thousandinhabitantsandlocatedinacountywithmorethanfourteenthousandbut
11fewerthanfifteenthousandsevenhundredinhabitantsandwithacountyseatwith
12morethantwothousandbutfewerthanthreethousandinhabitants,thecountysignified
13intheschooldistrictnumbershallbethecountyinthedistrictwiththehighestdollar
14valuemodifier.
15 3.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection163.011tothecontrary,forany
16schooldistrictlocatedinmorethanonecountyandwhoseheadquartersarelocated
17withinacitywithmorethanonethousandonehundredseventybutfewerthanone
18thousandthreehundredinhabitantsandlocatedinacountywithmorethansixty
