5959 47consideredforsale,foraperiodofuptosevendays,providedthattheindividualmeetsthe
6060 48minimumagerequirementsforoperatingavesselinthisstate.Inordertoqualifyforthe
6161 49temporaryboatingsafetyidentificationcard,theapplicantshallprovideavaliddriver's
6262 50licenseandshallsignanaffidavitthatheorshehasreviewedtheMissouristatehighway
6363 51patrolhandbookofMissouriboatinglawsandresponsibilities.Anyindividualholdinga
6464 52validtemporaryboatingsafetyidentificationcardshallbedeemedincompliancewiththe
6565 53requirementsofthissection.TheMissouristatehighwaypatrolshallchargeafeeofnine
6666 54dollarsforsuchtemporaryboatingsafetyidentificationcard.Individualsshallnotbeeligible

6868 56issueatemporaryboatingsafetyidentificationcardtoanindividualundertheprovisionsof
