BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
Section1.1.Thegovernorisherebyauthorizedandempoweredtosell,transfer,
2grant,convey,remise,release,andforeverquitclaimallinterestofthestateofMissouri
3inpropertylocatedintheCountyofPike,Missouri,tothestatehighwaysand
4transportationcommission.Therealpropertytobeconveyedisanirregulartractof
5landlocatedinapartofLots13and14ofJas.Mosley'sEstateSubdivisionoftheSE¼
6Sec.23,Twp.53N.R.3W.,PikeCounty,Missouri,andismoreparticularlydescribed
7asfollows:
