393.1275.1.Theprovisionsofsection386.020definingwords,phrases,and
2termsshallapplytoanddeterminethemeaningofallsuchwords,phrases,andtermsas
3usedinthissection.
4 2.Electricalcorporations,gascorporations,sewercorporations,andwater
5corporationsshalldefertoaregulatoryassetorliabilityaccountanydifferenceinstate
6orlocalpropertytaxexpensesactuallyincurredandthoseonwhichtherevenue
7requirementusedtosetratesinthecorporation'smostrecentlycompletedgeneralrate
8proceedingwasbased.Theregulatoryassetorliabilityaccountbalancesshallbe
9includedintherevenuerequirementusedtosetratesthroughanamortizationovera
