Theretirementsystemmayrequirethe 45employer,thethird-partyemployer,theindependentcontractor,andtheretireesubjecttothis 46subsectiontoprovidedocumentationshowingcompliancewiththissubsection.Ifsuch 47documentationisnotprovided,theretirementsystemmaydeemtheretireetohaveexceeded 48thelimitationsprovidedinthissubsection.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsubsection 4917ofsection169.020,byacceptingemploymentsubjecttothelimitsofthissubsection, 50theretireeshallbedeemedtohaveconsentedtotheretirementsystemdisclosingthe 51person'sapplicablesalarylimittothehiringemployerincludedintheretirementsystem 52orthethird-partyemployer.
