SectionA.Section302.169,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection302.169,toreadasfollows:
302.169.1.Any[maleapplicant] UnitedStatescitizenorimmigrantwhoapplies
2foradriver'slicenseinstructionpermit, [or]driver'slicense, orrenewalofanysuchpermitor
3license[and]whois[atleasteighteenyearsofagebut]lessthantwenty-sixyearsofageshall
4[alsobeallowedtoregisterincompliance] complywiththerequirementsofSection3ofthe
5MilitarySelectiveServiceAct,[50U.S.C.App.Section453,asamended.Theapplication
6shallprovideappropriatespaceforcompletionbytheapplicanttoindicatehisdesireto
7registerwiththeSelectiveService] 50U.S.C.Section3802,unlesstheapplicantdeclinesto
8consenttoregistrationasdescribedundersubsection4ofthissection.
9 2.[IftheapplicantindicateshisdesiretoregisterwiththeSelectiveServiceby
10completingtheappropriatesectionoftheapplicationasdescribedinsubsection1ofthis
11section,thedepartmentofrevenueshallforwardinanelectronicformatthenecessary

22applicationyouareconsentingtoregistrationwiththeSelectiveServiceSystem,ifso
23requiredbyFederallaw.Ifyouareunder18yearsofage,youwillberegisteredupon
24attaining18yearsofage.".
25 4.Thedepartmentshallplacethefollowingstatementontheapplication:"You
26maydeclinetogiveconsenttoregistrationwiththeSelectiveServiceSystembysigning
27thestatementbelow.Thoserequiredtoregisterwhofailtodosomaybedeniedaccess
28toFederalemployment;deniedaccesstoemploymentwithmanystateandlocal
29governments;deniedaccesstomanyscholarshipsandstudentloans;deniedaccessto
30FederallyfundedjobtrainingundertheWorkforceInnovationandOpportunityAct(29
