| 13 | 13 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: |

| 14 | 14 | | Section A. Section 233.095, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 233.095, 2 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | to read as follows:3 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 233.095. Said board shall have authority to expend 1 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | [not more than one-fourth of] the revenue which may now or 2 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | which may hereafter be paid into its treasury for the 3 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | purpose of grading and repairing any roads or streets within 4 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | the corporate limits of any city within sa id special road 5 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | district in conformity with the established grade of said 6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | roads and streets in said cities and for the purpose of 7 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | constructing and maintaining macadam, gravel, rock or paved 8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | roads or streets within the corporate limits of any city 9 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | within the said special road district in conformity with the 10 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | established grade of said roads and streets in said city; 11 |

|---|
