4wartimeforatleastsixconsecutivemonths,unlessreleasedearlyasaresultofaservice-
5connecteddisabilityorareductioninforceattheconvenienceofthegovernment,orany
6memberofareserveorNationalGuardcomponentwhohassatisfactorilycompletedat
7leastsixyearsofserviceorwhowascalledororderedtoactivedutybythePresident
