160.269.1.Asusedinthissection,"statereportingtool"meansasafe,
2anonymous,andconfidentialreportingmechanismprovidedbytheMissouristate
3highwaypatrol,suchastheCourage2ReportMissourireportingmechanismora
4successorreportingmechanism,toenableconcernedparents,students,school
5employees,citizens,andreporterstosubmitreal-timereportsofcommunityand
6schoolsafetyconcernsofsuchconcernedindividualsorothersinvolvingany:
7 (1)Bullyingorrepeatedharassment;
8 (2)Cyberbullying;
9 (3)Fighting;
10 (4)Gun;
11 (5)Homicide;
12 (6)Humantrafficking;
13 (7)Imminentschoolshooting;

22 2.(1)Schooldistricts,charterschools,andlawenforcementagenciesthat
23receiveacommunityorschoolsafetyconcernsubmittedthroughastatereportingtool
24shallnotifytheMissouristatehighwaypatrolhowtheschooldistrict,charterschool,or
25lawenforcementagencyreceived,respondedto,andresolvedthesubmittedconcern.
26Suchnotificationshallbesubmittedwithinfifteencalendardaysofthereceiptofthe
27submittedconcernand,ifsuchconcerndoesnothaveafinalresolutionwithinsuch
28fifteendays,everythirtycalendardaysafteruntilthefinalresolutionofsuchconcern.
29 (2)ThenotificationsubmittedtotheMissouristatehighwaypatrolshall
30describewhetherthesubmittedconcernrequiredanactiontoresolvetheconcern,
31whethersuchconcernrequiredaproceedingwithinthecriminaljusticesystemor
32juvenilejusticesystem,stepstakentoresolvethesubmittedconcern,thenamesof
33individualsorentitiesinvolvedinresolvingthesubmittedconcern,andthefinal
34resolutionoftheconcern.Ifanotificationissubmittedbeforethefinalresolutionofa
35submittedconcern,suchnotificationshallcontainasmuchoftheinformationrequired
36inthissubdivisionasisavailableatthetimesuchnotificationissubmitted.Uponthe
37finalresolutionofthesubmittedconcern,suchnotificationshallcontainallinformation
38requiredinthissubdivision.
39 3.BeforeFebruaryfirstofeachyear,theMissouristatehighwaypatrolshall
40compilealistofeachnotificationmadeundersubsection2ofthissectionintheprevious
41calendaryearandsubmitsuchlisttoeachchamberofthegeneralassembly.Suchlist
42shallbecompiledandformattedinawaythatallowsanyindividualviewingsuchlistto
43seehowmanyconcernsweresubmittedthroughthestatereportingtool,wheresuch
44submittedconcernsoriginated,percentagesoftotalconcernssubmittedineachschool
45districtorcharterschool,howmanysubmittedconcernsrequiredanactiontoresolve
46theconcern,howmanysubmittedconcernsrequirednoactiontoresolvetheconcern,
47whethereachofsuchsubmittedconcernsrequiredaproceedingwithinthecriminal
48justicesystemorjuvenilejusticesystem,stepstakentoresolvethesubmittedconcerns,
49thenamesofentitiesinvolvedinresolvingthesubmittedconcerns,andthefinal
50resolutionofeachsubmittedconcern.
51 4.Nodatarelatedtothelistcompiledundersubsection3ofthissectionshallbe
52disclosedinanyformthatallowsthepersonalidentificationofanyindividualwho
