Thisbillestablishesthe"DaylightSavingasNewStandardTimePact"toconsistofMissouriandany
otherstateseekingtopermanentlychangeDaylightSavingtimetothenewstandardtime.Inthe
yearinwhichtwostatesborderingMissouripasslegislationenteringthosestatesintothePact,
eachstatewillpermanentlyswitchtheirclockstoDaylightSaving,DaylightSavingTimewillbe
eliminated,andMissouriandallotherparticipatingstateswillnolongerobserveDaylightSaving
Time.
