1.355.1.OnNovember5,2023,thestateofMissourishallsetclocksbackto
2standardtime.Followingthischangingoftheclocks,thestateofMissourishallnot
3participateindaylightsavingtimethereafter.
4 2.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsubsection1ofthissectiontothecontrary,
5ifthefederalgovernmentadoptsdaylightsavingtimeasthenewstandardtime,the
6stateofMissourishallsetclockstoconformwiththenewstandardtime.
