dayspriortoasale.Theinspectionisnotrequiredforvehicleshavinglessthan50,000milesforthe
three-yearperiodfollowingthemodelyearofmanufacture.Thesellermustpresentthebuyerwith
thecertificateofinspectionandapproval,whomustthensubmitthecertificateofinspectionwhen
applyingforaregistration.
