BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Chapter26,RSMo,isamendedbyaddingtheretoonenewsection,tobe
2knownassection26.315,toreadasfollows:
26.315.1.Thissectionshallbeknownandmaybecitedasthe"Transparencyon
2BoardsandCommissionsAct".
3 2.Theofficeofthegovernorshallmaintainandregularlyupdatealistofeach
4stateboard,commission,committee,council,oranyotherorganizationthatcontains
5membersappointedbythegovernor.Thelistshallincludeeachappointee’sname,the
6appointee’scityorcountyofresidence,andtheexpirationdateoftheappointee’sterm
7inoffice.BeginningSeptember1,2023,informationregardinganyvacanciesonsuch
8entitiesandinformationregardingeachcurrentappointee,includingtheappointee’s
9name,theappointee’scityorcountyofresidence,theexpirationdateoftheappointee’s
10terminoffice,andapictureofthecurrentappointee,shallbedisplayedonthe
11governor’swebsite.
12 3.Thelistofentities,togetherwiththeinformationregardingeachappointee’s
13name,cityorcountyofresidence,andexpirationdateofterminoffice,shallbeapublic
14recordunderchapter610;however,theofficeofthegovernorortheofficeof
15administrationshallbeexemptfromanyfinesormonetarydamagesunderchapter610,
16andanyrequiredproductionofthelistordisputeaboutitsredactionshallbeenforced
17onlybyinjunctiverelief.
