2knownassection537.1405,toreadasfollows:
537.1405.1.Thissectionshallbeknownandmaybecitedasthe"Required
2ImmunizationLiabilityAct".
3 2.Forpurposesofthissection,theterm"employer"meansanyperson
4employinganemployeeoractingdirectlyorindirectlyintheinterestofanemployerin
5relationtoanemployee.
6 3.Anyemployerthatrequiresanemployeetoreceiveanimmunizationasa
7conditionofemploymentshallbeliabletotheemployeefordamagesorinjuryarising
8fromtherequiredimmunizationiftheemployeereceivedtheimmunizationsolelydueto
9theemployer'srequirement.
