198 (2)Allordersissued,changed,continued,extended,orvacatedaftertheoriginal
199serviceofdocumentsspecifiedinsubdivision(1)ofthissubsectionshallbecertifiedby
HB458	6 200theclerkofthecourtanddeliveredtothepartiesatthetimeoftheentryoftheorder.
201Thepartiesmayacknowledgereceiptofsuchorderinwritingonthefaceoftheoriginal
202order.Ifapartyfailsorrefusestoacknowledgethereceiptofacertifiedcopyofan

212Regardingtherequest:
213 (a)Uponreceiptofarequestforahearingtovacateariskprotectionorder,the
214courtshallsetadateforahearing.Noticeoftherequestshallbeservedonthe
215petitionerinaccordancewithsubsection5ofthissection.Thehearingshalloccurno
216soonerthanfourteendaysandnolaterthanthirtydaysafterthedateofserviceofthe
217requestuponthepetitioner;
218 (b)Therespondentshallhavetheburdenofprovingbyclearandconvincing

404English-speakingorlimitedEnglish-speakingpopulationsinthestateandpreparethe
405instructionsandinformationalbrochuresandstandardpetitionsandriskprotection
406orderformsinsuchlanguages.Theinstructions,brochures,forms,andhandbookshall
407bepreparedinconsultationwithinterestedpersons,includingrepresentativesofgun
408violencepreventiongroups,judges,andlawenforcementpersonnel.Materialsshallbe
