BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section43.650,RSMo,isrepealedandtwonewsectionsenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassections43.650and589.437,toreadasfollows:
43.650.1.Thepatrolshall,subjecttoappropriation,maintainawebpageonthe
2internetwhichshallbeopentothepublicandshallincludearegisteredsexualoffenderand
3registeredviolentoffendersearchcapability.
4 2.Exceptasprovidedinsubsections4and5ofthissection,theregisteredsexual
5offenderandregisteredviolentoffendersearchshallmakeitpossibleforanypersonusing
6theinternettosearchforandfindtheinformationspecifiedinsubsection4ofthissection,if
7known,onoffendersregisteredinthisstatepursuanttosections589.400to589.425or
8section589.437.
9 3.Theregisteredsexualoffenderandregisteredviolentoffendersearchshall
10includethecapabilitytosearchforsexualoffendersbyname,byzipcode,andbytypinginan
11addressandspecifyingasearchwithinacertainnumberofmilesradiusfromthataddress.
12Thesearchshallalsohavethecapabilitytofilterresultsbysexualoffendersorviolent
13offenders.
14 4.Onlytheinformationlistedinthissubsectionshallbeprovidedtothepublicinthe
15registeredsexualoffenderandregisteredviolentoffendersearch:
16 (1)Thenameandanyknownaliasesoftheoffender;
17 (2)Thedateofbirthandanyknownaliasdatesofbirthoftheoffender;

33andshallonlybeavailabletoamemberofthepublicbyasearchusingthespecificonline
34identifiertodetermineifamatchexistswitharegisteredoffender.
35 5.Juvenilesrequiredtoregisterundersubdivision(5)ofsubsection1ofsection
36589.400shallbeexemptfrompublicnotificationtoincludeanyadjudicationsfromanother
37state,territory,theDistrictofColumbia,orforeigncountryoranyfederal,tribal,ormilitary
38jurisdiction.
589.437.1.Forpurposesofthissectionandsection43.650,thefollowingpersons
2shallbeknownasviolentoffenders:
3 (1)Anypersonwhoisonprobationorparolefor:
4 (a)Theoffenseofmurderinthefirstdegreeundersection565.020;
5 (b)Theoffenseofmurderintheseconddegreeundersection565.021;or
6 (c)Anoffenseinajurisdictionoutsideofthisstatethatwouldqualifyunder
7paragraph(a)or(b)ofthissubdivisioniftheoffenseweretohavebeencommittedin
8thisstate;and
9 (2)Anypersonwhowasfoundnotguiltybyreasonofmentaldiseaseordefectof
10anoffenselistedundersubdivision(1)ofthissubsection.
11 2.Thedivisionofprobationandparoleofthedepartmentofcorrections,orthe
12departmentofmentalhealthifthepersonqualifiesasaviolentoffenderunder
13subdivision(2)ofsubsection1ofthissection,shallnotifytheMissouristatehighway
14patrolifaviolentoffenderisplacedonprobationorparole,isremovedfromprobation
