BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section32.060,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection32.060,toreadasfollows:
32.060.Thedirectorofthedepartmentofrevenueshallprepare,inconsultationwith
2thecommissionerofadministrationandstatetreasurer,acombinedfinancialreportforeach
3fiscalyearandsubmitsuchreporttothegovernorandthemembersofthegeneralassembly
4withinsixtydaysafterthecloseofthefiscalyear.Thisreportshallcontainaninterpretative
5summaryofthefinancialstatusofthestate,includingastatementoftheincomeintoeach
6fund,sourcesofincome,unencumberedbalancesineachfund,programsforwhich
7expendituresweremade,unencumberedbalancesbyappropriations,andestimatesofrevenue
8forthecomingfiscalyearfromthevarioussources.Thereportalsoshallshowthestate's
9indebtedness,itstotalunencumberedbalance,portionsofsuchbalanceasmaybeinvested,
10andthedepositariesinwhichstatefundsarelocated,togetherwiththetypeofdeposit,and
11suchotherinformationasmaybeincludedatthediscretionofthedirectorofrevenueorthe
12governor.Thereportshallalsoincludethetotaldollaramountoftaxcreditsclaimedby
13corporationsonMissouristateincometaxreturnsforthemostrecentlyendedtaxyear.
