Currently,theIndustrialMineralsAdvisoryCouncilhasthree
membersrepresentinglimestonequarryoperatorsandonemembereach
representingtheclaymining,sandstonemining,sandandgravel
mining,baritemining,andgraniteminingindustries. Thisbill
modifiesthecouncilmakeupsothattheeightrepresentatives can
comefromanyofthespecifiedindustriesincludinglimestone
quarryoperators, granitemining,claymining,sandstonemining,
baritemining,sandandgravelmining,orothernonmetallicsurface
mining,butnoindustrymayhavemorethanfourrepresentatives.
