Memberswillnothavevotingpowersandwillnotreceive
compensationforanyserviceasanexofficiomemberofsuch
entities. Recordsgeneratedasaresultofexofficiomember
servicewillbepublicrecordsunderChapter610,RSMoandsubject
torecordrequestsmadetotheofficeofanindividualmemberof
theGeneralAssembly.
