Thisbillprovidesthatapoliticalsubdivisionshallnotrequirea
propertyownertohaveaninspectionconductedofaresidential
propertypriortosellingtheproperty. However,thisrequirement
doesnotapplytoinspectionsofnewconstructionoroccupancy
permits.
Thebillprohibitsanycounty,municipality,orpolitical
subdivisionfromimposingorenforcingamoratoriumoneviction
proceedingsunlessspecificallyauthorizedbystatelaw.
