mustestablishaprocedureforhandlingcomplaintsagainst
licensees'professionalpractices. TheBoardmustinvestigate
complaintsanddocumentthefindings.
TheBoardcandisclosecomplaintsandinvestigatoryreportsifthe
disclosureis:
(1)Inthecourseofvoluntaryinterstateexchangeofinformation;
(2)Inaccordancewithalawfulrequest;or
(3)Tootherstateorfederaladministrative orlawenforcement
agenciesactingwithinthescopeoftheirstatutoryauthority.
Alleducationaltranscripts,testscores,andpersonalinformation
pertainingtoanapplicantforalicenseoralicenseeoftheBoard
isalsoconfidentialandisonlydisclosedforthesamereasonsthe
investigatoryreportsaredisclosed.
Deliberations, votes,orminutesofclosedproceedingswillnotbe
