Thisbillspecifiesthat,theGeneralAssemblyrepealsanylimits
onthenumberofcomprehensivemarijuanalicensesestablishedin
regulations. ThisbillprovidesthattheDepartmentofHealthand
HumanServicesshallissueacomprehensivemarijuanalicensetoany
qualifiedapplicant,providedthattheDepartmentmaydenya
licensetoanapplicanttocomplywiththe10%capforownershipof
licensesestablishedundertheConstitutionofMissouri.
