AN ACT
To amend chapter 34, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to transactions between
public entities and the World Economic Forum.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 34, RSMo , is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 34.925, to read as 2
follows:3
34.925. No public entity shall accept or receive any 1
funds from, or transfer or contribute any funds to, the 2
World Economic Forum. For purposes of this section, the 3
term "public entity" means the state of Missouri and any 4
agency, division, department, or commission thereof, 5
including any public institution of higher education, and 6
any political subdivision of the state. 7
