2020 9 (2)Outreachtoandeducationfornonprofitentitiesaboutthegrantprogram
2121 10andthefederalnonprofitsecuritygrantapplicationprocess,withaparticularfocuson

7373 21 3.NonprofitorganizationswhoseapplicationsforfundingthroughtheFederal
7474 22EmergencyManagementAgency'snonprofitsecuritygrantprogramhavebeen
7575 23approvedbythedepartmentofpublicsafetyofficeofhomelandsecurityareeligible
7676 24forgrantsfromthefund.Noadditionalapplicationshallberequiredforgrantsfrom
7777 25thefundandanapplicationforagrantfromthefederalprogramisalsoanapplication
7878 26forfundingfromthefund.
7979 27 4.Aneligibleorganizationmayreceiveagrantfromthefundofuptofive
8080 28percentoftheavailablegrantpoolfordistribution.Nograntsunderthefundshallbe
8181 29awardeduntiltheannouncementoftherecipientsandtheamountofthegrants
8282 30awardedunderthefederalnonprofitsecuritygrantprogram.
8383 31 5.Nomorethanfivepercentoftheavailablefundsavailableannuallyshallbe
8484 32usedforadministrationexpensesassociatedwiththefund.
8585 33 6.Thedirectormaypromulgateallnecessaryrulesandregulationsforthe
8686 34administrationofthissection.Anyruleorportionofarule,asthattermisdefinedin
8787 35section536.010,thatiscreatedundertheauthoritydelegatedinthissectionshall
8888 36becomeeffectiveonlyifitcomplieswithandissubjecttoalloftheprovisionsofchapter
