Currently,whenrequestedbythecommanderofanyrecognized
veterans'organization,militarycommander,orbyanyfriendor
relativeofadeceasedpersonorthedirectorofafuneralhomefor
anydeceasedpersonwhoservedintheArmedForcesoftheUnited
Statesduringatimeofwarorisotherwiseentitledtomilitary
honorsattheperson'sburial,internmentormemorialservice,the
AdjutantGeneralmustordertheappropriaterequesteduniformed
honordetailtoattendandrendertheappropriateservicesor
requestandcoordinatetheappropriatedetailwitharecognized
veterans'organization. Theamountpaidtotheveterans'
organizationsisdeterminedbytheAdjutantGeneral.
Thisbillremovestheauthoritytodeterminetheamountof
compensationfromtheAdjutantGeneralandinsteadmakestheamount
$200dollarsforeachmilitaryhonorperformance.
