7676 64ofthesenatecommitteeoncommerce,consumerprotection,energy,andtheenvironment,and
7777 65thechairofthehouseofrepresentativesutilitycommittee,areportontherenewablenatural
7878 66gasprogramestablishedunderthissection.Suchreportshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,
7979 67thefollowing:
8080 68 (1)Thenumberofprojectssubmittedfortherenewablenaturalgasprogramandthe
8181 69numberofprojectsapprovedfortherenewablenaturalgasprogram;
8282 70 (2)Thenumberofprojectsthatareoperational,andthecosts,projectedandactual,of
8383 71suchprojectsandotherkeymetricsthedivisionofenergydeemsimportant;
8484 72 (3)Thevolumeofrenewablenaturalgasproducedinthestatethroughprojectsthat
8585 73wereapprovedbytherenewablenaturalgasprogramaswellasthepercentageofrenewable
