4 (1)"Document",informationthatis:
5 (a)Inscribedonatangiblemediumorthatisstoredinanelectronicorother

3toadoptstandardstoimplementtheprovisionsofsections59.900to59.912.The
4commissionshallnotimposestandardsthatwouldcompelcountiescurrentlyusing
5secureelectronicrecordingpracticesfromabandoninganysubstantiveinvestmentin
6technologyusedinsuchelectronicrecording.Amajorityofthemembersofthe
7commissionshallberecorders.Thecommissionshallconsistofthefollowing:
8 (1)Arecorderelectedtoserveacountyofthefirstclassificationselectedfroma
9listoftwonomineessubmittedbytheRecorders'AssociationofMissouri;
10 (2)Arecorderelectedtoserveacountyofthesecondclassificationselectedfrom
11alistoftwonomineessubmittedbytheRecorders'AssociationofMissouri;
12 (3)Arecorderelectedtoserveacountyofthethirdclassificationselectedfroma

59.912.1.Inapplyingandconstruingtheprovisionsofsections59.900to59.912,
2considerationshallbegiventotheneedtopromoteuniformityofthelawwithrespectto
3itssubjectmatteramongstatesthatenactsuchprovisions.
4 2.Theprovisionsofsections59.900to59.912modify,limit,andsupersedethe
5federalElectronicSignaturesinGlobalandNationalCommerceAct,15U.S.C.Section
67001etseq.,asamended,butdonotmodify,limit,orsupersedeSection101(c)ofthat
7act,15U.S.C.Section7001(c),asamended,orauthorizeelectronicdeliveryofanyofthe
8noticesdescribedinSection103(b)ofthatact,15U.S.C.Section7003(b),asamended.
