BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
Section1.1.Thegovernorisherebyauthorizedandempoweredtosell,transfer,
2grant,convey,remise,release,andforeverquitclaimallinterestofthestateofMissouri
3inpropertylocatedinMillerCounty,Missouri,totheCityofOsageBeach,Camden
4County,Missouri.Thepropertytobeconveyedismoreparticularlydescribedas
5follows:
6 ThelandlocatedinMillerCountyconstitutingtheLeeC.FineAirport.
7 2.Thecommissionerofadministrationshallsetthetermsandconditionsforthe
8conveyanceasthecommissionerdeemsreasonable.Suchtermsandconditionsmay
9include,butnotbelimitedto,thenumberofappraisalsrequiredandthetime,place,
10andtermsoftheconveyance.
11 3.TheordinancesoftheCityofOsageBeachshallbeinforceandeffectonland
12conveyedunderthissection.
13 4.Theattorneygeneralshallapprovetheformoftheinstrumentofconveyance.
