Establishes the "Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Freedom's Sentinel and Operation Allies Refuge Program" which authorizes the issuance of a medallion, medal, and certificate to certain veterans who served in specified conflicts
Allows an election authority to randomly select individuals from a cross-section of voter registrations to serve as election judges if there is a shortage of election judges in the authority's jurisdiction
