1111 SectionA.Section386.572,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
1212 2thereof,tobeknownassection386.572,toreadasfollows:
1313 386.572.1.Nocorporation,person,publicutility,ormunicipalitythatownsanygas
1414 2plantshallviolateanylaworanyorder,decision,decree,rule,direction,demand,or
1515 3requirementofthecommissionoranypartorportionthereofrelatingtofederallymandated
1616 4naturalgassafetystandards.Notwithstandingtheabove,amunicipalitythatownsanygas

4343 30 3.Everyviolationofaspecificnaturalgassafetystandardorrulebyanycorporation,
4444 31person,publicutility,ormunicipalitythatownsanygasplantisaseparateanddistinct
4545 32offense,regardlessofwhethersuchviolationsrelatetothesameincident.Incaseofa
4646 33continuingviolation,eachday'scontinuancethereofshallbeaseparateanddistinctoffense.
