4848 26subdivision(5)ofsubsection1ofthissection.Aneligibleorganizationshall:
4949 27 (1)Demonstratetheabilitytoestablish,withintwenty-onemonthsofthereceiptof
5050 28theauthorization,anadulthighschoolofferinghighschooldiplomas,anindustrycertification
5151 29programorprograms,andchildcareforchildrenofthestudentsattendingthehighschools;
5252 30 (2)Demonstratetheabilitytocommitatleastfivehundredthousanddollarsforthe
5353 31purposeofestablishingthenecessaryinfrastructureattheadulthighschool;
5454 32 (3)Demonstratesubstantialandpositiveexperienceinprovidingservices,including
5555 33industrycertificationsandjobplacementservices,toadults[twenty-one] eighteenyearsof
5656 34ageorolderwhoseeducationalandtrainingopportunitieshavebeenlimitedbyeducational

9090 68studentsonlineasmaybeappropriate.However,studentsshallnotcompletethemajorityof
9191 69instructionoftheschool'scurriculumonlineorthroughremoteinstruction.Forthepurposes
