BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section230.205,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection230.205,toreadasfollows:
230.205.1.Thealternativecountyhighwaycommissionprovidedbysections
2230.200to230.260shallnotbecomeoperativeinanycountyunlessadoptedbyavoteofthe
3majorityofthevotersofthecountyvotinguponthequestionatanelection.Allcountiesof
4thisstatewhichhaveadoptedthealternativecountyhighwaycommissionmayabolishit[and
5returntothecountyhighwaycommissionprovidedforbysections230.010to230.110]by
6submittingthequestiontoavoteofthevotersofthecountyinthemannerprovidedbylawor
7byavoteofthegoverningbody.
8 2.Anycountywhichdoesnotadoptthealternativecountyhighwaycommission
9providedbysections230.200to230.260,oranycountyinwhich[amajorityofthevotersof
